With dense pine and deodar forests, numerous streams, cool healthy air, attractive surroundings and the nearby snowline, Dharamsala has everything for a perfect trek. It is full of life and yet peaceful.
The charming Indian town praised by visitors from all corners of the earth for its natural beauty. Bir is situated in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas in the Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh, amidst paths winding through tea gardens into the forests and mountains to the north. The greater Bir area is famous for seasonal waves of paragliders and other outdoors enthusiasts
PARAGLIDING AT BIR
Paragliding is the recreational and competitive adventure sport of flying paragliders: lightweight, free-flying, foot-launched glider aircraft with no rigid primary structure. **Bir is regarded by international paragliding groups as the second best site in the world for paragliding (after Lake Como in Italy). ** The launch point is at approximately 2400 metres (7874 feet) in the meadow on the top of a ridge at Billing (14 km north of Bir), and the landing area is in the fields at the western edge of the Tibetan Colony in Chowgan.
DAY 0 OVERNIGHT JOURNEY TO MCLEODGANJ
Departure at 08:00 PM from Vaishali Metro Station and drive to Mcleodganj.
DAY 1 MCLEODGANJ
Arrival at Dharamsala & Check in to Hotel. Take time to fresh & up then leave for sightseeing. Explore colorful Tibetan markets, Dalai Lama monasteries, Dal Lake, small town Mcleodganj. Overnight stay at Mcleodganj.
DAY 2 TRIUND HILL TREK – OVERNIGHT CAMP AT TRIUND
Check out from the Hotel & leave early morning for the Triund trek – 10,000 altitude & 7 km trek. Enjoy the scenic views of Dhauladhar ranges & breathtaking views of the whole Dharamshala. Reach on the top & settle down in your camps. Enjoy the food & bonfire. Explore the hills & do some photography. Overnight stay at camps.
DAY 3 BIR BILLING
Get ready to descend down now for another adventure. Once we reach down, leave for Bir village from Dharamshala. Which is located at the distance of 2 HRS. Check in to the Hotel once you reach. Take time to fresh & up. Relax for the day. Explore the very famous Sherabilling monastery & Palampur tea garden enroute Bir. Overnight stay at Bir.
DAY 4 BIR BILLING TO ISBT DELHI DROP
Get ready for the life time experience of Paragliding at Asia’s number one paragliding spot. Fly in the air for 20-30 minutes with the certified pilots holding your Go-Pro which will capture the whole journey from the takeoff till landing. Later drive to back to Delhi and drop you at your pickup point.
NOTE: Most of us may not be serious trekkers but all of us have equal responsibility in protecting our beloved earth. CAMP ADDA earnestly requests all its members to be socially responsible whilst the treks and avoid any littering, shouting when in wild or causing anything that would disturb the normal ecology. Try to avoid plastics as much as possible, especially plastic smiles.

5) We carry Basic First Aid and if you need anything you can ask the organizers

7) If you can't swim don't go deep into the water
