Agreement between User (Customer) and Camp Adda India Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Applicability of the Agreement:

This agreement defines the terms and conditions under which Camp Adda India Travel Pvt. Ltd. provides travel services including tour packages, tempo traveller bookings, and travel assistance.

Travel agents are not allowed to make bookings on behalf of customers. Any such bookings may be cancelled.

User Responsibility

By using this website, users confirm they have read and agreed to all terms. The company reserves the right to suspend services at any time.

Fees & Payments

• All charges, taxes, and service fees must be paid by the customer.
• Refund requests must be made within 90 days.
• No refunds after 90 days.

Payment Policies

• All bookings require advance payment.
• Full payment required 30 days before travel.
• Group booking: 50% advance (60 days before).
• Remaining payment: 30 days before travel.

Cancellation Policy

• 45+ days: Full refund (charges apply)
• 30–45 days: 70% refund
• 15–30 days: 50% refund
• 7–15 days: 15% refund
• Within 7 days: No refund

Force Majeure

Camp Adda is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical issues.

Insurance

Travel insurance is the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Confidentiality

All user information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.

Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under Ghaziabad jurisdiction (Uttar Pradesh, India).
